We know that you work hard for your money and our goal is to keep more of that in your pocket. We are not in the business to nickel and dime your income but to charge a single monthly fee that includes full-service property management.
Services
We offer full Property Management services for single family homes or multi-family properties. We pride ourselves on staying up-to-date with our education; Lyn Dodds is a PMM(Property Manager Master) designate through the California Association of Realtors. Lisa Dodds is a Real Estate Broker.
Obligations
Our first and most important obligation is treating your investment as one of our own. We will use our market knowledge to provide the highest rental return for your property. Additionally, we know that protecting your investment through proper maintenance is essential.
Technology
We currently use Appfolio as our back office software as well as their screening services. We offer floor plan software to detail your property as well as 3D scans available to qualifying properties.
Investors
Our team is made up of only Realtors here to help. We have market knowledge to help you find the right investment property to reach your financial goals! We will help justify the right amount of Capitalization rate that will make sense for you and your budget.
Lyn Dodds holds the Property Management Master certificate that is issued through the California Association or Realtors. The certificate is current and valid. What does this mean for you? Up to date on current laws and best practices. Understanding of cap rates and DSCR amounts that lenders require.
